La Fin du Monde is also fantastic as are, IMO, Ommegang Abbey Ale and Three Philosophers, Duvel, Ovila Dubbel (Sierra Nevada), and Allagash... so many beers, so little time! These bottles age better and tend to have WAY better flavor. Now I am not saying in a pinch I wouldn't drink the "pony" sized bottle, but a full sized Chimay Blue, a good Blackbuck antelope steak and proper trimmings will give you the true meaning of a heavenly spirit.
