<description>I have had the great pleasure in being exposed to several Trappiste beers but I must say this is simply the best!!
The finish is unlike any other. The chocolate, and fruit are obvious and apparent on the first attack. Not as much of a creamy experience as Chimay Blue, but the overall quality and experience puts it ahead of that great beer in my book.

<description>This is a rich beer, all right - dark, full, chocolate-y, and intense. However, it lacks the finesse of a Chimay Blue Label; it carries more of a typical ale taste at its core, without the typical softness you&#039;d find in some top-rank wheat beers.
